The mission is to be filled in the production entities that are in charge of transactions initiated by Traders based in London and Paris.

They must ensure that all deals are controlled, and validated within the deadlines set by environmental priorities (e.g. regulatory constraints).

The main mission of Trade Support is to perform the first level of control with a strong knowledge of operational risk.

In the context of buyouts, these are:

• Interact with Trade Support, Project, Front Office (FO), Research, Documentation, BO Securities, BO OTC, BO LISTED DERIVATIVES, REGULATORY REPORTING, collateral, SECONDARY trading & clients valuation, Pnl teams
• Book, control, validate transactions according to deadlines and priorities given by the Front Office.
• Ensure the descent of operations in the PNL, BO SETTLEMENT, Finance and REPORTING chains

For this it is requested to:

• Broadly understand a term sheet or contract of OTC transactions carried out:
• Exotic: Large panel of structured pay-offs (variance swap, dispersion, callable, autocallable, reverse convertible etc.)
• Flow: OTC vanilla trade, equity swap, dividend swap, index, stock and basketball
• Be able to reflect your products in an internal FO/MO booking system, their insertion & modification
• Understand how the so-called “Listed” part works
• Listed derivatives: Futures and listed option
• Securities: notes, convertible bond, rights, shares
• Be able to reflect your products in an internal BNP P booking system at FO/MO level, their insertion & modification
• Understand and control the different events impacting financial flow and exotics products
• Understand the different types of corporate action, their impact and modeling in booking systems
• Understand the different types of events related to the life of its financial products and monitoring and booking methodologies (Fixing level, Barrier tracking, coupon detachment, early termination, callability, expiration, exercise etc.)
• Master a system, portfolio to portfolio migration process with the necessary interactions & communication with impacted teams

The daily life of its speakers will be organized in Task Force mode.
