As part of the creation of a subsidiary specializing in generalist IS, the ALGOFI Group, a recognized player in the market finance sector (200 employees, sales 2021 in excess of 25 million euros) is looking for a Sales Director who, reporting to Group Management, will be responsible for developing the sales activity of this new business.

And more particularly?

• Construction of the sales team,
• Management of the sales team,
• Implementation of the commercial strategy and the development of the activity (target customers, objectives…)
• Establishment of operational reports (SalesForces…)
• Management of the activity (monitoring of the metrics and objectives of the salespeople, animation of meetings …)
• Animation of the sales team (account reviews, animation of prospecting sessions, …)
• Provide the support and operational support necessary for the proper functioning of the sales department (customer appointments, qualifications, closing, staffing of needs, drafting of RFPs, drafting of RFIs, packages, etc.),
• Carry out annual interviews of its perimeter (trade and consultants),
• Contribute to the recruitment of consultants directly or indirectly,
• Contribute to the implementation of new offers: ATG (bundled technical assistance), package, service center
